Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is organised by Enable Networks Limited (Enable) to encourage residents of Greenfield subdivisions who reside in completed and habitable houses (and who are not already connected to Enable fibre broadband) to connect to Enable’s fibre broadband network (the Promotion).
2. The Promotion runs across the six promotional periods below (together the Promotion Period(s)):
a. June 2025 at 12:00am to 31 July 2025 at 11:59pm ( June Promotion)
b. July 2025 at 12:00am to 31 August 2025 at 11:59pm (July Promotion)
c. August 2025 at 12:00am to 30 September 2025 at 11:59pm (August Promotion)
d. September 2025 at 11:59pm to 331 October 2025 at 11:59pm (September Promotion)
e. October 2025 at 12:00am to 30 November 2025 at 11:59pm (October Promotion)
f. November 2025 at 12:00am to 31 December 2025 at 11:59pm (November Promotion)
3. These terms and conditions (Terms) shall apply to the Promotion and entry into the Promotion in a Promotion Period is deemed acceptance of these Terms by a participant.
4. Enable will advise participants that they are eligible to enter the Promotion by posting mailers to the eligible addresses held on Enable’s promotional list (Eligible Address) and/or during door to door visits to Eligible Addresses.
5. To enter the Promotion, the participant at the Eligible Address must:
Order a fibre broadband service (which uses Enable’s network) at the Eligible Address from an internet service provider within a Promotion Period; and
The Eligible Address must be connected (meaning the order is completed) before the deadline for each Promotion Period provided below:
a. June Promotion: 30 September 2025 at 11:59pm
b. July Promotion: 31 October 2025 at 11:59pm
c. August Promotion: 30 November 2025 at 11:59pm
d. September Promotion: 31 December 2025 at 11:59pm
e. October Promotion: 30 January 2026 at 11:59pm
f. November Promotion: 28 February 2026 at 11:59pm.
6. The Incentive is one $300 eGift Card per Eligible Address (the Incentive) and is only able to be claimed once throughout the Promotion.
7. The Incentive will be sent to the participant’s contact email address after their Eligible Address is connected to Enable fibre broadband. The Incentive is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
8. The Incentive offered under this Promotion cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other Incentive.
9. The Participant agrees that by providing their email address to Enable to enter the Promotion (either through the web form or through placing an order with their internet provider), Enable may share their email address with a third-party gift card provider in order to deliver the Incentive to the participant through the third-party platform.
10. Enable’s decision in relation to any part of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Enable will take no responsibility for late entries or entries not received.
11. Enable reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of such cancellation, Enable may elect not to offer any Incentives.
12. The Promotion is open to all Canterbury residents aged 18 years and over. The Promotion is not open to employees and contractors of Enable or employees of Enable’s internet service providers.
13. Enable and its related companies, employees, officers and agents take no responsibility for incorrect, illegible or other unsuccessful attempts to enter the Promotion.
14. The participants may be required to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and the Participants acknowledge that Enable has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit for a period of up to two years from the date the Promotion ends. However, a Participant has the option to decline to be involved in the Promotion should he or she not agree to the publicity provisions of this clause. Enable shall be entitled to withhold the Incentive in this circumstance.
15. The participants agree not to publicise their involvement in the promotion, the fact that the Participant has received an Incentive or any information relating to Enable or its related companies without Enable’s prior written consent.
16. Enable and its related companies, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss and irrespective of how the loss or damage was caused including due to Enable’s negligence) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or in connection with the Incentive, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Enable and its related companies, officers, employees and agents will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the promotion or in respect of the Incentives where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and shall not be liable to compensate the participant in such circumstances.
17. Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be held by Enable and its related companies for the purpose of the Promotion, Enable’s own market research and direct marketing and as set out in these Terms unless otherwise directed by participants at the time of entry. Participants have rights to access any personal information about them held by Enable, and to request that a correction be made to that information.
18. Enable does not accept any liability in relation to the provision of goods and performance of services by the third-party eGift card company.

20. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
