Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is organised by Enable Networks Limited (Enable) to offer an opportunity to win an a $1000 eGift Card to potential customers who are interested in connecting to fibre in 2026 and sign up for marketing communications by providing their contact details.
2. The Promotion runs from Monday 20 October 2025 at 12am to Sunday 9 November 2025 at 11:59pm inclusive (the Promotion Period).
3. These terms and conditions (Terms) shall apply to the Promotion and the eGift Card and entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms by a participant.
4. To enter into Promotion, participants will be directed to the campaign landing page on the Enable website via digital communications from Enable and bollard posters with QR codes. Participants must then provide a valid name, email address and agree to receive marketing communications from Enable Fibre Networks. By submitting their email address and their tertiary institution for 2026 (optional field) on the webform, and agree to receive marketing communications from Enable reminding them about fibre (Eligible Entries).
5. By submitting their email address and opting in participants consent to receive promotional emails from Enable. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in each email.
6. Only one (1) entry will be permitted per person.
7. There is one (1) $1000 eGift Card being offered as part of the Promotion (the eGift Card). The e Gift Card is not transferable fand not exchangeable for cash.
8. A prize draw for one (1) winner will be drawn randomly from Eligible ENtries on Monday 10 November 2025 and the winner notified on that same day. The eGift Card will be sent to the winners email address as provided on the webform submission.
9. The eGift Card offered under this promotion cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other incentive offer under another Enable promotion.
10. Enable's decision in relation to any part of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Enable will take no responsibility for late entries or entries not received.
11. Enable reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of such cancellation, Enable may elect not to offer any eGift Cards.
12. In the event that the advertised eGift Card is unavailable for any reason at the time of the prize draw, Enable reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. Enable will make reasonable efforts to ensure the substitute prize is of similar nature and benefit to the original.
13. The Promotion is not open to Enable employees and contractors of Enable or employees of Enables internet service providers.
14. Enable and its related companies, employees, officers and agents take no responsibility for incorrect, illegible or other unsuccessful attempts to enter the Promotion
15. The participants may be required to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and the Participants acknowledge that Enable has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit for a period of up to two years from the date the Promotion ends. However, a Participant has the option to decline to be involved in the Promotion should he or she not agree to the publicity provisions of this clause. Enable may withhold the eGift Card in this circumstance.
16. The participants agree not to publicise their involvement in the promotion, the fact that the participant has received an eGift Card or any information relating to Enable or its related companies without Enable’s prior written consent.
17. Enable and its related companies, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss and irrespective of how the loss or damage was caused including due to Enable’s negligence) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or in connection with the eGift Card, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Enable and its related companies, officers, employees and agents will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the promotion or in respect of the eGift Cards where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and shall not be liable to compensate the participant in such circumstances.
18. Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be held by Enable and its related companies for the purpose of the Promotion, Enable’s own market research and direct marketing and as set out in these Terms unless otherwise directed by participants at the time of entry. Participants have rights to access any personal information about them held by Enable, and to request that a correction be made to that information.
19. Enable does not accept any liability in relation to the provision of goods and performance of services by the third-party eGift card company.

21. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
